Mini Potato & Cheddar Perogy
Tender dough, creamy freshly cooked potatoes with freshly grated cheese; capturing the goodness of a home made perogy. Individually flash frozen, capturing the freshness of the product.
PREPARATION & COOKING Pan Fry: Preheat frying pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cover bottom of pan with cooking oil, margarine or butter. Place frozen perogies in pan, turn frequently for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Boiled: Place perogies in boiling water, stir gently, perogies will begin to float in about 3 minutes. Cook for an additional minute or two, until puffy. Drain, gently toss in melted butter or margarine.
