Preparation & Cooking
OVEN: Bake in a preheated 425 F oven for 15 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 10 minutes. DEEP FRY: Deep Fry from frozen 6-7 minutes at 360 F. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions Serve on its own as main course, ie. Chicken Parmesan. Serve with a sauce on a bed of rice. Slice and add to salads or pasta. Serve in a bun as a premium sandwich alternative.
