These mini Beef Wellington appetizers deliver the flavour of the classic dish in a bite-sized format. They are provided frozen and ready to bake.
The recipe includes cooked diced beef, mushrooms, shallots, butter, eggs, beef broth, potato flour, garlic and paprika inside a flaky, French-style, golden puff pastry.
Remove all packaging. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC) is reached. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Place product, 1 inch (3 cm) apart on a baking sheet positioned on the centre rack . Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Do not cook in microwave ovens.
