Preparation & Cooking
Cook from frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C). Deep fryer: Fry in a preheated 180 C / 360 F fryer for 4.5 5 minutes. Conventional oven: Preheat conventional oven to 425 F (220 C). Arrange frozen bites on baking sheet. Place in oven on middle rack for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time. Times and temperature may vary from one appliance to another.
Use as a substitute for wings, on appetizer platters with your signature dipping sauces, or in wraps for a twist of flavour.
